2024 KEMFA State Powerlifting
The Kansas Eight Man Football Association held their annual State Powerlifting meet on Saturday, April 20 in Claflin at Central Plains High School. The girls state champion was Clifton-Clyde, while Wichita County took home the boys state title. From the area, Thunder Ridge took 2nd place as a team on the girls side. Individual state champions from the area were Emma DiNuzzo (St. John's, Girls 140#), Cason Iwanski (Stockton, Boys 148#), Ian Kresin (Lakeside, Boys 165#) and Joshua Ferguson (Thunder Ridge, Boys 220#).
